AI, Advertising, and Communication with the Consumer

I was reading up on artificial intelligence and the advertisement industry after once again encountering ads on Facebook just a little more personalized than I would have expected. This got me thinking about the reading on models of communication, and how we looked at a model based on machine to machine communication, to human to human communication, and now we are looking at a new age of human to computer communication where the computer is approaching human. The things we search are what we tell the computer, and the ads are the response we get. It’s so customized to the point that it is indeed running through a feedback loop. As AI makes new advances with neural networks and other models, it will be interesting to see when AI will be an integral part of our lives and our daily communication.
