In working on the speculative design manual, I wanted to look at others work outside of class. I found this design project by Meydan Levy. Levy explores the idea of humans creating food artificially. These artificial fruits offer a nutritious and vitamin-rich alternatives to regular fruits. I thought this was interesting because this was the artist’s take on bridging the gap between the nutritional need of what our bodies require and the food that enter our digestive tract.
