Guerilla Girls

I noticed that one of the artist inspirations for our next project is Guerilla Girls, and I was immediately reminded of their evocative poster. I remember first seeing this poster on the street and it immediately struck me; the vibrant colors, direct question addressing the audience, and eclectic play on classical art that stares right out at the viewer is attention grabbing. As you get closer, its meaning has even more value, a statement on gender inequality in art.
